Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is always easy to use, and they do a great job. They're organized and professional, and I've used them multiple times because their work is always reliable. They fixed some leaky pipes for me, most recently, and were exactly on time and very well prepared. The lack of hassle in their service is most definitely appreciated, and I imagine I will absolutely be returning.
