I recently used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the first time, and I thought that their work was pretty expensive. I called on the staff to do an installation of a new faucet and I thought that the pricing for their work was higher than it needed to be. On the up side, I thought that the staff was friendly and professional. But based on this experience, I am not sure that I would recommend them to other people. So I would say that the project was pretty average overall.
