I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to have a water softener and filter put on. It was just put in, so I assume it is good--but I haven't had enough time to test it out. The technician who did the work was nice and friendly, and he was there about the time he said he'd be there. His punctuality was good and he was very professional.
