Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to answer a lot of questions regarding a plumbing issue that I was having. The plumber they sent out took his time and really listened and educated me on those questions. One of the things that I had called him about he helped me resolve, in other words, he helped me resolve one of the reasons I called him out. He was able to fix the main problem that I was having and what I think was great about that is he only charged me for the one fix. That is terrific customer service! In addition to the terrific plumber they sent out the office was able to schedule an appointment with me quickly and the plumber arrived as they said he would! I will use them again if needed and no issue with recommendations for them.
