I hired Procoat Painting to paint the interior of our brand new three-bedroom townhouse. When I first spoke to them to make the arrangements I did let them know that I would get the paint. They convinced me that they would go ahead and get the paint that I wanted and I agreed. They did not use the paint that I requested and the only way that I found this error was finding a paint can and seeing the label on the side of the can. The other labels had been removed which tells me that they knew they had made an error and pulled off the other labels to maybe hide this error. I cannot prove this, however.

This was all taking place at Christmas. I made a stink about them not using the paint that I wanted and called them back and let them know that I wanted it repainted. It took two days for them to respond. I had to meet with the owner and the crew on Christmas Eve which was a big deal because I had inlaws in town and plans had already been made. The owner met with me and agreed to paint it again with the paint that I requested the first time. They painted on Christmas Eve and then finished a couple of days later. So they did make good on the incorrect paint and for that I am grateful. They also repainted one of the bathrooms because we thought the paint was not really the color that we thought it would be. I would have been fine with an additional charge for the bathroom but they did not charge me which I thought was nice of them.

Overall I am happy that they came out on a holiday and took responsibility and got the job done and that is why I would recommend them or even use them again. The fixed paint job looks great and I have no issue with that at all.
