They were outstanding! From the time Steve showed up to measure and then all the way through final installation, the people from Arjay's Window Fashions were very professional. I ordered custom shades for our outdoor patio room. They are electric and can go halfway down to keep the sun out of our eyes when we're sitting out there. It was a surprise anniversary gift for my husband and he got there just as they were finishing up the installation. He was impressed. Ben was a good installer. They were all neat, on-time, and precise about everything they were doing. One area needed a little sanding which they did very carefully and precisely. Despite the pandemic, they were efficient and timely. The shades look great. I even called their office after the job was over to compliment them on such good work. I'd use them again and have been recommending them to everyone. I just had a tree trimmer doing some work here and even he asked about the shades. So I recommend Arjay's Window Fashions to him! I give high ratings to Steve, Ben, and everyone else at Arjay's.
