They have provided me with window shades that were powered (electric and battery), and they have also helped out with window dressing. The staff goes above and beyond to provide amazing service. When I had a recent issue with a remote, they came out very promptly and agreed to simply switch it out without a giant additional fee. Their pricing is incredible and completely fair in accordance with their service!
