After 15 years of heavy use by an active family of 4 our water filtration system started to leak. Service responded promptly and efficiently. I thought we might need a whole new system but it was a simple O-ring replacement. While here the servicemen also tested all of our equipment. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would purchase the Kinetico brand again and call again for service if needed.
