Mike was direct, informative, energetic, and helpful. He was very patient and didn’t let us slip on proper protocol of our CCW renewal. Safety was at upmost importance. My initial CCW was with NFI and one previous renewal. I was unsure of the new state qualifications to renew my license. Im grateful for Mikes professionalism and faith in my capabilities to continue to defend myself and others if the situation arises.
