On Saturday, January 5, 2019,my son and I drove from Redding to North Highlands (by Sac) to take the 4 hour Close Quarters Engagements course for CCW holders. The instructor, Glenn Glasgow made this class beyond anything I could have imagined. Glenn has 20+ yrs in law enforcement (SWAT etc), and his knowledge and enthusiasm were evident. He taught us skills that frankly every CCW holder should have, because this was real life stuff. It is great to have a CCW permit, but a bad guy doesn't care about your permit. He will care, if and when you ever are in a real life situation where the you know what goes down, because we were taught extremely well by an expert in Close Quarter Engagements. I feel EVERY CCW holder should take this class; I would require it in order to renew, if not before getting your initial permit, it was that worthwhile. I will gladly drive 2 1/2 hours for any class that is taught by Glenn Glasgow. Yet another reason why I will always use NFI for all my training. Ted Lidie has a winner in Mr. Glasgow. Thank you for having the best instructors in the business. In closing, I highly, highly, highly recommend this course.
