For me I was able to walk away with a wealth of knowledge. The class was not intimating Chuck made sure everyone was comfortable with the information all the way through. Chuck was able to give pointers to the more experienced and coach even the novice person to make sure they were comfortable all the way through the process. The curriculum was not boring.
