Bob is a great instructor, putting even a first-timer like myself completely at ease, and the others there for either initial or renewal CCW were helpful as well. I was reluctant to do this because I thought I knew/remembered my training from the Army, but I was wrong and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend this instruction enough, I cannot imagine anyone having any regrets. Thank you very much!
