Johnny spent the time to become familiar with a complicated system and was able to diagnose and fix the problem at a much better price than originally quoted. I've had experience with other plumbing companies and that has never been the case. My second time to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (other time was in Georgetown Tx) and have been completely satisfied with this company both times now.
