I had a stopped drain line out of my kitchen sink and I needed it taken care of, so I used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Duncanville for the first time. The person I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and was able to schedule me that same day. The tech who showed up was knowledgeable, personable, and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was a very good person who was interested in taking care of the issue, which he did, quickly and efficiently. He also wore the appropriate equipment, due to the current pandemic. It was a good experience and I would consider them again if I have any further plumbing issues.
