I learned about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Duncanville from a radio advertisement talking about coming out and doing camera inspections for seventy-nine dollars. I've been needing that done so I reached out to them to have that done. I told the technician when he came out about a problem I was having and how I needed that inspection. I asked to confirm the price, and he told me that camera inspections actually start at $199, which does not include the $39 service charge for coming out. I was surprised by that since their ad said otherwise. If I was told that when I first called, it would have saved me time and money. He also asked me how long it had been since I've had my septic tank pumped, and when I told him he said that I needed to do that first before they could even do their inspection. He could've told me all of this without even having to come out. It was not a very positive experience.
