This was not my first service call with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Duncanville. I had them install a water purifier a while back so when I needed my sewer line checked to make sure there were no tree roots that might clog the system. I have this checked each year as the big tree in the yard has given me some problems over the years. The plumbers that arrived did so on time as they had scheduled, they were polite and got right to work checking the line. They did not have to be inside the house much for this service call. When they finished they gave me a report. My system is working fine, they had cleaned it out on a prior service call so I didn't need that service this time. I appreciate that they were very respectful and that the pricing was fair for this service.
