The plumber from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Duncanville was very courteous, on time, and I had no problems. My main issue revolved around our pipes not draining. I had learned of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing through a flyer, so I reached out to them. When he came out, he started by checking my sink, before going upstairs and checking the plumbing, before coming back and cutting into our wall in order to access, and replace, the pipes causing the issue. It was a convoluted problem that required many things which took him more than half the day to finish, but he was very honest and did a very good job. Everything is working fine now, and if I have any other plumbing issues, I will absolutely call them again.
