I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Duncanville on several occasions. Their most recent visit was to replace a hot water heater. The new one is working great. They have also repaired my HVAC unit recently and it is working fine. When I called I was treated very professionally. The servicemen who came out and did the work were very courteous and pleasant. Everything they have done for me has turned out fine, so I do not hesitate to recommend them. The company has great customer service and top-quality work.
