Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Duncanville did a good job for me. This was my first time using their services. I heard about them from a friend of mine at work. He was happy with their work so he told me to give them a call. Everything went well from start to finish. When I called the office their staff was pleasant and they were able to schedule my appointment quickly. The worker who came to my home, Stewart, was amazing. I would absolutely ask for him again. He was prompt, polite and professional. He was courteous. He was efficient. He was able to quickly assess the problem with the drain then he took the time to explain to me what he found with his assessment. He also explained what he could do to fix it. He took the time to answer the questions I had as well. When I called in for the appointment they said if I gave them a try they would waive the service fee so their pricing was very reasonable.
