One of our drains was not draining, so we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Duncanville. They were able to make it out that same day, and ran the rooter through it and cleared out whatever it was that was stopping it up. I know the manager here was pleased that the tech was upfront with him and did not try to give him the runaround.
