My mother lives in Arlington. She schedule some type of inspection and for her water heater to be flushed. Michael showed up and was very polite and curtiose of my mothers inability to move around.
I checked on Michael a couple times and caught him cleaning around waster heater and kitchen sink. I told him not to worry about that stuff... Michael simply smiled and said yes ma'am. And continued to clean up anyway.
