Our hot water heater burst while we were out of town so we started researching switching from conventional to tankless. We started calling for quotes and were looking at a window of 5 days to a week before anyone would come out. A co-worker recommended a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We called them and someone was out within the hour. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to us what we’re looking at with a tankless water heater and, answered all of our questions. They were back out the next day, performed an excellent job and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who needs plumbing work in the future and we will use them again if we have any needs IOC our own.
