Our most recent service with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing wasn't really a "service' per se, we were having an issue with one of our units, it kept beeping and displaying an error message that we couldn't seem to diagnose. They came by and got the situation figured out in no time at all and told us how to avoid the issue in the future. They were very friendly and professional about the whole situation. This wasn't my first time using them, I had used their services a couple years prior and they have been consistently good. I would definitely recommend their services.
