An honest oil and lube
I asked them to check out a creak in the rear suspension that had been going on for several years. They took the time to test drive it to duplicate the problem. A shady garage would have charged me to replace the bushings, instead they lubed them, recommended I come back if it doesn't fix the squeak. They didn't even charge me for the labor.
