My car battery was dead in the garage on Tuesday morning. It was under warranty from HB and I called and spoke with Jim at the desk. He suggested I get the car there and they would handle it. I had the car jumped - I drove it to HB at noon. HB did their usual Courtesy drive me home / pick me up and by 3:30 pm I was driving my car. Zero Charge was very impressive. I figured with 24 months into the 30 month warranty, I would get a 6 month 'discount' on a new battery. What a pleasant surprise. Good work to all at HB (again).
