Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Levittown, PA works does plumbing work on our units when needed. They are friendly people, and they do great work. Colleen, who works in their office, is fabulous! She does whatever she can to get us put into the schedule. Their techs are always professional and appropriate in their demeanor. The only problem we have ever had is that they sometimes have to cancel on us. Other than that, we have had no problems with them. Oh, and did I say that Colleen in the office is fabulous!
