Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Levittown, PA is great from top to bottom. From the women on the phone who are so understanding and accommodating to the plumbers who work at the house and are so polite and friendly. The plumbers are all exceedingly well-trained. I've had several different ones, Frank and GT mostly. Everyone they send is just excellent. They are respectful of my home and wear little booties every time they come in, even if they have to go out to the truck ten times. They might be a little more expensive than the Joe Schmo down the street, who doesn't even show up sometimes. I'd rather have someone I trust to do a good job and gives me excellent quality like Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They also have amazing warranties on all their work. Frank installed two new toilets for me and eighteen months later, one of them started running non-stop. Frank told me the toilets both had four-year warranties, so he changed all the guts in one and then went ahead and changed all the guts in the other one because it was the same age. Everythng was covered by the warranty, parts and labor. While he was here, I had him look at my kitchen sink which was leaking. After explaining exactly how much this would cost and how long it might take, he tried to fix it. Unfortunately, it had been installed so long ago and spent years running hard water, that it was stuck and he didn't want to risk breaking it. A few weeks later, my master bathroom sink started leaking and I called Ben Franklin again. A few weeks after that, my garbage disposal stopped working. The plumbers were at my house so often, they started to feel like old friends. The guys always introduce themselves upon arriving and even if we strike up a conversation, they work while they talk and the job length has already been estimated. It makes me feel comfortable to have Frank, GT and the other guys in my house and I like knowing their names, just in case concerns come up or I want to compliment their work. It also makes me comfortable to know that each of these guys is equally well trained They are like clones.
