Broken nut, leading to leaky pipe. Maybe a simple fix I could've handled--taking me hours, lots of trial and error...but thank goodness, I can afford to leave it to the pros. Glad I did. Got some helpful advice on a couple of other issues. John and Ben Franklin rock!
