I wanted to get my hot water heater checked out because one day I would not have hot water and the next day I would. I believe that my hot water heater was past its warranty date and since our unit is upstairs in the loft area I wanted to get it replaced before I had a real big problem. Was happy to see George T. again and met his partner Tom. They replaced my hot water heater that afternoon before the storm that came on Wednesday. They were very careful throughout the whole process. I was a little surprised that I was charged a Service Fee of $49.00 since I have coverage through Direct Energy that was paid in Sept. of last year. I also had a $25.00 coupon # 20034 from a double bathroom sink installation last year, but did not think of it until a later date. My loss.
