The technician we had from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very knowledgeable. He helped us out and tried to find the best solution for the least amount of money. We were going through some difficult times and he found a way to save us some money which we really appreciated. He was very thorough and cleaned up after himself when he was done working.
