I called and got a live person on the phone the first time. She was friendly, knowledgeable, gave an accurate quote and booked me the exact date I wanted less than a week in advance. I only had a living room and bedroom carpet to be cleaned and thought that I'd pay at least double what they charged. They arrived on time, didn't try to upsell me, and did a great job quickly. Would definitely recommend Inside Homes to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.
