Office staff does not know how the online schedule works
I have used Haley 3 times. The first two times were very good.I most recent experience was horrible! I scheduled service for ac repair on line. I was sent a note saying that the service was scheduled for Monday June 23rd, between 8:00am to noon. I called at 9:12am asking for an approximate time for service and was told I was told “dispatch” would call. I didn’t receive a call so I called again at 11:30am and was told that that it was unfortunate but she would forward to the team for a timely response. Called again at 2:57pm and was told that the online scheduling was new and didn’t guarantee an actual appointment. I requested to talk to a manager. I received a call 30 minutes later from zak the self identified CEO. I received a rather surly response which he said the office staff was wrong. I also indicated that I recorded all the conversations and he indicated that wasn’t allowed. According to Michigan law it is. I finally did have a technician respond and completed the repair in 15 minutes. If I owned the company I would fire Zak and educate the staff.
