Our furnace was not running over Thanksgiving so I called Haley on Friday morning. They put me on their list to come out as soon as possible. I recieved a call back from them with an hour and they were out to fix the furnance by the afternoon.
Jacob was very professional and explained the problem to me and what to do if it happens again.
