Had a HE furnace already, and it was time to upgrade from 10-SEER to ~18 SEER AC System. Started the estimate process in Nov thinking about a job for Spring, but there was a Sale from Mfg, so I booked it. Haley called pretty quickly to set up an install and in early/mid-December, the guys just finished installing. Chase&Dylan got going straight away, they took good care for the floors and cleanliness, they just simply worked and got it done without any issues for me. They were both polite and easy to talk with, they took time to answer my questions and to walk me though what they had done at the end. From the quote experience with Don, through making the appointment through to the install, it was an easy, professional service. I do recommend working with Haley, high confidence the job will be done right and the experience will be a good one.
