After 40+ years we needed to replace the faucet on the washing machine tub. We built the home ourselves and used the "new" plastic plumbing throughout. In fairness, so far so good overall but when it comes to maintenance items we've been changing back to copper. We have also realized you need to have great service. The technician (Nick I believe) that came in did a great job. Answered all my questions of concerns, did the job in a quick yet quality manner, and had a friendly demeanor. I recommend Haley give him a day off with pay or at least buy him lunch!
