Big Ripoff - Haley doesn't stand behind their work
I was charged for a plumber to incorrectly install my toilet, then he ruined my toilet. I had to purchase a new one. Then was charged to remove my old and reinstall. Two hours worth of work $875! Biggest rip off. Beware! Haley refused to stand by their work!
