Avere, Austin and colleague (I did not catch his name) did an outstanding job installing my new furnace and A/C. They all were polite, professional, cleaned up perfectly when finished and the installation looks first class. Thomas put a very detailed quote together and was patient in explaining all the specifics. Troy (?) called ahead of time to schedule the installation and the crew arrived at time. So far we are very happy with the furnace, it's quite and seems to heat in a more uniform way than our old (20 years) one. Looking forward how the A/C will perform in summer.
