After taking a cold shower, I inspected my 15 year old water heater and found it was leaking. Had a small pond in the furnace room. Contacted Haley and told them about the emergency. They guided me through shutting water heater down to avoid more spill and sent Austin and Teddy out later that day to replace.

Now, a month later, things are working well!
