Water heater issues - problem solved
We had issues with our water heater. Another service provider came out and immediately said that we needed a new one, without really addressing the issue. We called Haley, joined their maintenance program, and they sent out a service tech. He cleaned the igniter, and said that it would work for a while, but we should consider upgrading. Haley sent out a customer rep; we reviewed our options; and placed an order for a tankless heater. Haley is a much more professional organization.
