John was prompt and very thorough with his inspection of our systems. After the house heating mechs., he continued on to inspect our Studio building boiler, and REPAIRED a flaw left by a previous plumber (???) HURRAHHH!!! for Haley.

I was unaware of the piping back flow problem, because it had not created an incident. FORTUNATELY... John's experience and persistence caught the problem, and SOLVED it.
