I don't often write reviews, but Haley Mechanical's response to my needs was exceptional. Our furnace stopped working on a cold day. They answered the phone 30 minutes before opening, sent a skilled and pleasant service tech out within a few hours. After a valiant attempt to repair the old furnace it became clear a replacement was needed. The sales person arrived several hours later and sold us a whole new HVAC system and lent us space heaters until the install took place two business days later. The installation crew was excellent and we're very happy with the Lennox system. I also called the office with questions and they were quite responsive. All in, Haley is a great operation.
