Lost heat during the recent record cold spell. They came to the home asap, couldn't fix the geo thermal unit at that time but provided us with space heaters and got did everything possible to get us a complete new furnace asap. I will give them final score on "Total Experience" after the install is complete and the new geo thermal is up and running.
