The level of service that Summit Custom Hardwood gives is far and above any other service provider we have dealt with. Their work is very, very good, and they were so easy to work with and did everything they said they would do in the time frame given to us--which doesn't always happen with contractors. They refinished the floors in our front area, and they put in new Red Oak floors throughout the living room and kitchen areas. They matched the old wood to the new, and gave us a new stain. It is perfect because you can't tell the difference from the old wood to the new wood.

Their staff is very knowledgeable on all fronts: Karen and her father gave good advice on tones and colors; and David, the installer, was great. They came back to check some things out with us and said they would show at 9 a.m. on Monday and--at exactly 9 a.m.--they showed up. They were exactly on time for everything, and that is the amazing part. Some contractors promise you stuff and don't follow through, but Summit Custom Hardwood followed through on every detail. I have already recommended them to my Mom.
