One Hour installed a mini split last summer- it's been great! They called me to schedule a free follow up service on the unit. While the techs were here, they also inspected my other HVAC unit and detected a major problem that the previous installers had caused (different company installed this HVAC). The One Hour crew went above and beyond to let me know all they saw, gave me suggestions on what to do when approaching the other company, and gave me a very fair estimate to fix the cost should the other company not prove able to fix it. Overall I've really enjoyed my experience with this friendly, and professional company.
