My air conditioning system failed on a very hot day. The company I have a relationship with could not come, so I called this new company. They came within hours and had the part to repair my unit and we could sleep that night. The service technician was very polite and very knowledgeable wore gloves and mask, and had booties on the entire time. I signed up for protection plan. Very satisfied.
