I have a maintenance contract with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They schedule a checkup with my HVAC unit twice a year. During this scheduled checkup the service technician was very thorough in checking everything! The only thing that he had to replace was the sump pump, which had not had ever been replaced. He did a wonderful job and I really like the thoroughness of this technician. He left nothing unchecked! I have referred them and will continue to do so! Great Experience!
