Let me first start out saying I took the HVAC course at Greenville Tech back a few years ago so I know a little about heating and A/C. The reason I took the course is because I service Aircraft A/C. Well my heat pump was freezing up and I checked the pressure and it was low, so I knew right away that was the problem. I called One Hour and the sent some one out the next day. I told the technician what I did and he confirmed it by hooking up his gauges and checking the pressure. He said he could service it but it would be $500 dollars. Pretty high for not even 1/2 pound of freon. I said lets find the leak first. He said he had no way of checking for leaks, that I would have to do that. What kind of company is this that doesn't supply its technicians with a sniffer or dye. I will never use this company again.
