Nick was the service technician who performed service maintenance on our air conditioner. We were very pleased with his work and attention to detail.
Nick replaced some parts on our air conditioner and heater per our agreement. We chose to have replacement parts to extend the remaining life of our air conditioner as opposed to installing a new unit at this time. Nick was very helpful in explaining what our best solution is regarding a new heating and air conditioning system when we are prepared to change out the existing equipment.
