Technicians r fine when they come out. Not a problem w them. BUT the hire ups people if ur not satisfied and u call too much they totally block ur number and if u try calling them on a different number they block that number. They do not honor there contract. I paid for them to come and service my unit twice a year so how r they doing that if I can’t get in touch w them cuz I’ve been blocked. Contract says they would do anything and everything for us to be satisfied. This company is bad business this is not the way u do people $8000 plus for a unit in full but they treat u like $@!#%. That’s ok cuz I’ve contacted a lawyer and it looks great going to court. Don’t use these people they just want ur money. They rip u off and when they think they’ve done enough they cut u off
