When we built our home in 1978, we were working with limited funds and built "on a shoestring". Recently, when we had a plumbing issue that we couldn't handle ourselves, we called Benjamin Franklin for help in the repair. As much as the plumber was fine at fixing the problem, he was very opinionated as to the plumbing setup and made many derogatory remarks. He continued his criticism for most of the time he was here and we felt it was totally unprofessional.
